Phase One of the clubhouse refurbishment has now been completed with the installation of 6 new windows and 2 doors in UPVC to replace the old timber framed units. This has had a dramatic effect on the light entering the building, making it much more inviting, whilst also complying with our Insurance Companies requirements to meet modern safety standards. The work was carried out by Corsham Building Plastics and we would thank the Corsham Area Board, Colerne Parish Council and LocalGiving in conjunction with the Postcode Lottery for providing Grant Aid which made this project possible. Phase Two for the re-boarding and plastering of the ceiling and the installation of new lighting will begin in the next few weeks.
