Colerne Panthers under 12's have been selected to play a match at Twickenham against Drybrook from Gloucestershire as a curtain raiser to the England V Argentina autumn international. The boys will then form the Guard of Honour as the England team enter the pitch and will remain on pitch for the National Anthems. This will be a moment the boys will never forget and who ever thought that the Black strip of Colerne would grace Twickenham and all this will be shown live on Sky TV. The Panthers under 12's were put forward for this award, without the club having any knowledge of it, by Wiltshire RFU Development Officer Alan Low to recognise the strides that Colerne were making in providing mini rugby and especially taking a team forward from mini to youth rugby for the first time. Alan's nomination was forwarded to Twickenham, along with others, and we are very proud to have been selected along with Drybrook to represent the South West Division. The Panthers will also be getting a piece in the match programme as well as some pictures.

If you are interested in offering Sponsorship to the Panthers or know a company that might wish to take advantage of this unique TV opportunity please e-mail stirlingrichard@aol.com in the first instance. The match is to be held on Saturday 11th November 2017 however details for inclusion in the match programme must be submitted by the end of October.
